Using our skills in Strategic Foresight, Systems Thinking and Stakeholder Mapping, Encompass Sustainability develops strategic plans and road maps that highlight the steps to be taken in the future - identifying the potential drivers and barriers along the way.

Key projects include:

Events Management Strategic Action Plan - The journey towards greening Victorian events and conferences. This project involved interviewing a wide diversity of stakeholders across the event industry sector, including government, industry associations and project managers, and formulating a road map for the client to effectively direct its activities in this sector.

Encompass Sustainability designed, researched and developed a multi stakeholder qualitative report for the Victorian Government, identifying issues surrounding social and environmental implementation across organisations. Key recommendations were undertaken by Government.
The TBL Scoping Study contains information from over 50 qualitative interviews. This information was developed into a succinct report reflecting the diverse range of views.
